If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child (as defined here), we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor who has provided us information and become aware that the child has shared his/her information with us please contact us at legal@AvendaHealth.com to request the information be deleted.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS: California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the categories of information we may disclose.
